Rectification Production (REC)

Navigate to: Production > Production Forms > Cellar Worksheet

You should see the following window:

 

Drill into the production order by clicking on the Golden Arrow next to the Production Order #.

  1. Adjust the Planned Quantity for the Strip item to the amount of Proof Gallons of Strip that was consumed.
  2. Adjust the Planned Quantity for the Head item to the amount of Head that was removed in this production. The quantity should have a negative sign in front of it to indicate that it is a byproduct of production not a component.
    1. The Head item should be set Backflush as the Issue Method
    2. The warehouse should be set to the container that you hold the Head item whether that is a waste tank or cube.
  3. Adjust the Planned Quantity for the Tail item to the amount of tail that you blended with the Strip (if any). If you did not use any Tail then simply remove that item from the Production Order by right clicking on it and selecting Delete Row.
  4. Click the Update button to save changes and then close the Production Order window.

 

 

Select the PdO that you wish to process and then click the Issue button

 

 

The Issue for Production window will open.

  1. Update the Posting Date to reflect the date of production. (TIP: you can click the magnifying glass to pull in the production date from the production order)
  2. Confirm or update the Quantity Consumed to be the amount that was consumed in this production. (NOTE: If making a large adjustment you should exit this window and update the production order quantities otherwise you may have a large variance)
  3. Click the Add button 

 

 

The Batch Number Selection screen will open

  1. Click the row you are selecting a batch for. This is in the top Rows from Documents matrix.
  2. Type the amount of the batch you are consuming in the Selected Amount column in Available Batches matrix.
  3. Click the yellow > button to select that batch.
  4. Click the Update button.
  5. Repeat the process for every row in the Rows from Documents Matrix.

 

Once you have completed the batch selection process you will return to the Issue for Production screen.

  1. Click the Add button. 

 

If the Issue for Production processed correctly then a check will appear in the Issue column for that order.

Now select the Production Order and click the Receipt button.

 

A Receipt from Production window will open.

  1. Update the Posting Date to reflect the date of production. (TIP: you can click the magnifying glass to pull in the production date from the production order)
  2. Confirm or update the Quantity Produced to be the amount that was produced in this production. (NOTE: If making a large adjustment you should exit this window and update the production order quantities otherwise you may have a large variance)
  3. Click the Add button 
     

 

 

The Batches - Setup screen will open.

Fill out the following fields with the appropriate data for the batch.

  1. Batch
  2. Qty (Proof Gallons)
  3. Proof
  4. WG (Wine Gallons)
  5. Barrel ID (TTB Barrel Number)

Click the Update button. 

 

Once the batch setup process has been completed you will return to the Receipt for Production screen.

  1. Click the Add button.

 

If the Receipt for Production processed correctly then a check will appear in the Receipt column for that order.

 

Next you will want to close the PdO. Select the PdO that was completed and then click the Close button.

The Production Order window will open with the status switched to close. Confirm that this is what you want to do by clicking the Update button.
