No specific requirements are needed to run this report.
Tips
Select "Hide $0 Accounts" and/or "Roll-up Summary" to get a shorter report. "Hide $0 accounts" hides accounts with no activity. If an account has activity, but a net balance of zero, it will still show up on the report.
