Creating PdOs for Bottle Proofing (BOT)

Navigate to: Production > Automation > PdO Creation Wizard

You should see the following window:

ItemCode       | Enter the item that you are making (BOT for Bottle Proofing)

ItemName      | Will auto fill with the name of the item you chose. Double check that you picked the correct item

Turns             | this column is ONLY used for Mash items (cooks). Keep as 1

Qty                 | Put the quantity of proof gallons that you produced

ProdDate       | Put the date that the bottle proofing was completed on

DueDate         | You can set this to the day you expect to be done proofing or leave as is

FromWhse     | CU01 | Cubes or the tank from which you are pulling from

ToWhse         | PTxx | Proofing tank you will be bottle proofing in

POStatus       | Select the release. You can keep in planned status if you are putting it in to plan for the future

Once you have completed filling out the Wizard click the Preview button and review the window that opens. If everything looks correct click Process. The window will then be clear is everything was created successfully
