Creating PdOs for Tipped Batches (TIP)

Navigate to: Production > Automation > PdO Creation Wizard

You should see the following window:

ItemCode       | Enter the item that you are making (TIP for Tipped)

ItemName      | Will auto fill with the name of the item you chose. Double check that you picked the correct item

Turns             | this column is ONLY used for Mash items (cooks). Keep as 1

Qty                 | Put the quantity of proof gallons that you produced

ProdDate       | Put the date that the tip was completed on

DueDate         | You can set this to the day you expect it to be done proofing

FromWhse     | The warehouse you are storing the barrel in.

ToWhse         | PTxx | The proofing tank you are tipping into

POStatus       | Select the release. You can keep in planned status if you are putting it in to plan for the future

Once you have completed filling out the Wizard click the Preview button and review the window that opens. If everything looks correct click Process. The window will then be clear is everything was created successfully
